Our Beef Tallow is two-times rendered and packaged in a glass 16 oz jar. Popular uses are for butters, seasoning a pan, pie crusts, and more! In an effort to use every aspect of the animal humanely, we are pleased to provide this value-add product to our customers. Our cattle enjoy the freedom of open fields and a natural, low-stress grazing environment that imparts richness in flavor, making our beef tallow a testament to sound farming practices.

Our perishable beef products are shipped vacuum sealed and frozen over dry ice inside an insulated box. We utilize UPS 1-2 day shipping to ensure our goods arrive in a timely manner. Orders consisting of only nonperishables are shipped via UPS standard ground service.

If the meat is frozen, partially frozen, or it arrives thawed and cool to the touch, it remains safe to eat. If the meat is thawed and you are unsure if it is safe or cool to the touch, please give us a call at (704) 251-5014 to discuss further. We will always make sure that you receive product that is safe to eat and enjoyable.

We ship every Monday - excluding specific holidays throughout the year. Due to shipping circumstances beyond our control, packages may occasionally arrive one day prior or one day after the selected delivery date.
