Robbie and Ashley Dye met in high school while Robbie was blatantly trying to “peak” at Ashleys schoolwork…. After years of friendship, college, and getting their careers started the friendship bloomed into a God ordained lifelong marriage and partnership.
Robbie is a dynamic entrepreneur with a background in marketing and PR for many of the house-hold named brands we know of today. Having studied at Cornell University and started multiple advertising agencies in his career, Robbie has shifted his entire career focus to helping raise awareness for Agricultural America. Robbie sits as CEO of Our Farms, America’s largest online marketplace for farmers selling directly to consumer, Co-Owner of Little Mountain Farm & Cattle Co. and also advises and invests in startups across multiple sectors.
Ashley (with truly the hardest job of ‘em all) keeps everyone in tip-top shape while managing a growing household and the finances for all of the family businesses (3 in total). With two degrees, Mathematics & Kinesiology, from California State University of Fullerton, a background in financial operations working for some of the largest land development and lending companies in the country, she brings her financial expertise and devotion to building the family legacy and the American Dream.
With two beautiful kids, Levi (6) & Ava (5), baby Lily on the way (due Spring '24), a Golden Pyrenees, Duke, and 3 businesses —there is always something going on in the Dye family household!
