Little Mountain's Signature Steakhouse Rub was built from the ground up to honor the specific flavor profile of our pasture-raised, grain-finished angus beef — bold enough to build a crust, balanced enough to let the meat do the talking.

  • Designed for grain-finished beef. The sweetness of our finish comes through in the crust — Chef Rob balanced the salt-to-sugar ratio to caramelize, not burn, on a screaming-hot cast iron or grill.
  • Seven ingredients. No fillers. Salt, black pepper, sugar, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, red chili flake, and crushed rosemary. That's it. No anti-caking agents, no mystery powders, no shortcuts.
  • The heat is a slow simmer, not a slap. The red chili flake builds warmth that lingers — it layers with the rosemary instead of competing with it.
  • Versatile enough for every cut. Ribeyes, strips, sirloins, ground beef burgers, even roasted root vegetables. One jar, a dozen uses.

How are your products shipped?

Our perishable beef products are shipped vacuum sealed and frozen over dry ice inside an insulated box. We utilize UPS 1-2 day shipping to ensure our goods arrive in a timely manner. Orders consisting of only nonperishables are shipped via UPS standard ground service.

What if my ice packs are defrosted?

If the meat is frozen, partially frozen, or it arrives thawed and cool to the touch, it remains safe to eat. If the meat is thawed and you are unsure if it is safe or cool to the touch, please give us a call at (704) 251-5014 to discuss further. We will always make sure that you receive product that is safe to eat and enjoyable.

When am I able to have my steaks delivered?

We ship every Monday - excluding specific holidays throughout the year. Due to shipping circumstances beyond our control, packages may occasionally arrive one day prior or one day after the selected delivery date.
